Bright IQ installation warranty — 3 years
Bright IQ provides a written 3-year warranty covering our installation workmanship: how your system was installed. It does not replace or extend the manufacturer's product coverage.
IllumiDEL manufacturer warranty — 12 years on pixels
IllumiDEL covers its LED pixels with a 12-year manufacturer warranty. Other products, including controllers, are covered for 3 years. The manufacturer's documentation for your system is handed over with your installation.
Bright IQ remains your point of contact for service and support after installation. If something isn't working the way it should, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Spacing is the distance between light points along the track. 8-inch spacing gives a classic look with fewer light points; 4-inch spacing uses twice as many light points for a denser look. The right choice depends on the look you want and the length of your roofline, and we confirm the spacing we recommend in your quote.
Yes. The systems we install are managed from the manufacturer's app on your phone or tablet at home. Choose your everyday light, switch to a colour for an occasion, save the looks you use most as presets, and set schedules so your lighting comes on when you want it.
The lights sit in discreet tracks chosen to complement your home's exterior, so they blend into the roofline rather than stand out.
Bright IQ provides a written 3-year warranty covering our installation workmanship, separate from the manufacturer's product warranty. IllumiDEL covers its LED pixels for 12 years, and other products such as controllers for 3 years. We stay your point of contact for support after installation.
